aRenarti-SIP was formed to develop Semiconductor Intellectual Property (SIP) and provide related ASIC/FPGA design services. The company brings its considerable system and implementation expertise to bear on the specification and design of standards-based IP suitable for Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) or Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) integrated circuit technologies. Our SIP products address the market needs for system level design of very highly integrated semiconductor devices. Our current SIP development is focused on Digital Signal Processing (DSP) cores and complete baseband processors for wireless communications. Our research and development is specifically aimed at Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing (OFDM) wireless modem applications. At the core of our development strategy is our low-power OFDM baseband processor suitable for WiMedia (ECMA-368) applications.

The corporation is currently leveraging its OFDM design expertise and knowledge base to develop innovations for high data rate (exceeding 2 Gbps) and multi-mode basebands (multi-standard basebands). In addition, our customers will benefit from application specific acceleration units designed to satisfy the very complex signal processing requirements of mobile broadband (e.g.- WiMAX 802.16e) and mobile television (e.g.- DVB-H) applications.

Our application specific SIP will provide multi-mode wireless baseband solutions which enable levels of integration, DSP performance, and power efficiency not otherwise available. High levels of integration and performance provide capacity for the incremental growth of wireless data rates. For battery powered applications, high power efficiency enables multi-mode baseband applications which maximize battery life and provide an improved user experience.

On a non-conflicting basis aRenarti-SIP will also provide system modeling and ASIC/FPGA RTL design services.
